Put very simply - Journey Therapy  is an effective, and often fast, way to resolve  past issues and old feelings which may be causing a current health issue, physical and/or emotional, including:

Anger                                                                                                                        Anxiety
Backache
Bereavement

Diabetes
Eating Disorders
Headaches
IBS - Irritable Bowel Syndrome                                                                              Panic attacks
Relationship issues
Sleep Problems
Stress

If you haven't experienced Journey Therapy before, as any of my clients will tell you, it is not easy to sum up in just a few words.  It has been said that a picture is worth a thousand words so you might like to take a look at the image on  www.journey-therapy.co.uk

Although Journey Therapy is most effective when a client attends a one-to-one private appointment, attending a group is also beneficial and quite unique as it is totally private and confidential - no one shares with anyone else the reasons they have for attending.

An analogy can be made with going to the cinema, we don't talk to others whilst watching a film, yet we all get our own personal experience of it.

The usual fee for a private appointment (approx 3-4 hours) is £250. Group fee is £25, which is donated to NSPCC.

There are special concessions for those who are unemployed or on a limited income,

Attending a group is Free of Charge for my previous private clients.

Please let me know in advance if you would like to attend.

For more information or if you might prefer a private appointment please contact me on the number below.www.journey-therapy.co.uk

Looking forward to seeing you.
